Transportation

The current workshop and conference will be held in Seoul campus of Kyung Hee University, which is located in the downtown of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Incheon International Airport ↔ Kyung Hee University Seoul Campus

#1 By Subway (Incheon Airport → Seoul Station → Hoegi Station)

1. Getting to Airport Rail Station at the Airport (Incheon Airport → Seoul Station)

- 1F of the passenger terminal → B1F of the passenger terminal → Transportation Center → Incheon International Airport Station

- Take AREX(Airport Railroad train) at Incheon International Airport Station

- Take off the Train at Seoul Station (KTX)

- Express Train (Non-stop and All-stop; two options) leaves Incheon International Airport and arrives at Seoul Station (KTX).

※ Tickets can be purchased from the ticket machines near the entrance to the ARX platform or from the service counters (KRW 9,000). When you purchase the ticket, you have to select "Hoegi station" as a final destination (the ticket you purchased can be used for the transfer to the subway). It is important because if you don't do this you need to buy another ticket for the subway.

2. Transfer from Seoul Station (KTX) to Seoul Station (subway line 1)

- Follow the guide to the subway line 1 (the line color is dark blue)

- Use your ticket for the transfer

3. Seoul Station (subway line 1) → Hoegi Station

- Line 1 has two directions: 1) direction to Incheon 2) direction to Hoegi

- Take a subway to the Hoegi station

4. Take mini bus 01 to Kyung Hee University (the last station of the mini bus) from Hoegi Station exit 1; KRW1,050 (approx. USD 0.93)

#2 By Airport Limousine bus (Incheon Airport → Cheongyangri Station → Hoegi Station)

1. Take airport bus 6002 from Incheon International Airport bus stop 12A to the Cheongyangri Station (the last station of the airport bus 6002).

2. Take taxi to Kyung Hee University from the Cheongyangri Station, probably there is also option for the subway but the cost is almost same; KRW4,000 (approx. USD 3.58)

Alternatively, participants can take a regular (white or silver-gray sedan) taxi or a deluxe (black sedan) taxi to Kyung Hee University. Gimpo International Airport ↔ Kyung Hee University Seoul Campus

#1 By Subway (Gimpo Airport → Seoul Station → Hoegi Station)

1. Take AREX(Airport Railroad train) at Gimpo International Airport Station and take off the Train at Seoul Station (KTX).

2. Transfer to subway line 1 to Hoegi Station (Seoul Station → Hoegi Station); KRW1,400 (approx. USD 1.25)

3. Take mini bus 01 to Kyung Hee University (the last station of the mini bus) from Hoegi Station exit 1; KRW1,050 (approx. USD 0.93)

#2 By Airport Limousine bus (Gimpo Airport → Holiday Inn Seongbuk Seoul → Hoegi Station)

1. Take airport bus 6101 from Gimpo International Airport bus stop 6 to the Holiday Inn Seongbuk Seoul.

2. Take taxi to Kyung Hee University from the Holiday Inn Seongbuk Seoul.
